After only a few years, our kitchen cabinet’s finish failed. The bubble shrink-wrap coating was easy to remove and the prospect of refinishing the bare MDF cabinet fronts appeared to be an easy task. Turner Restorations was highly recommended and gave us a quote that appeared to be very fair and reasonable for the work involved.

Some time later. Turner Restoration advised us they were having “some” difficulty with the quality of the finished product. It appeared the glue residue was reacting with the lacquer finish and at least 3 separate attempts produced questionable results, in their opinion

They persevered and we were finally notified the cupboard fronts were ready for pick up.

They turned out beautifully, and saved us the cost of replacing throughout our entire kitchen. Turner Restorations stood by their original quote, made light of all the additional hours required to solve this complex issue and were very gracious through the entire frustrating ordeal.

They obviously take a lot of pride in the quality of the services they provide, and customer satisfaction is their top priority. They far exceeded those goals in our case, and I suspect we were the norm as far as their business practices go.
