Ours was a straightforward and relatively minor kitchen project, but Ariana (who had been recommended to us) accorded it the same attention and care that she would her more demanding contracts. Our initial face-to-face discussion was relaxed but professional, focused on our needs and wishes, and estimation of the attendant costs. Within an hour, a firm written price had been agreed upon, measurements had been taken, and a timeline established.

Although part of the job was off-site, we had no qualms in giving Ariana entry to our home to complete the balance of the work in our absence. Although our family checked our home almost daily, our comfort level was enhanced with several back-and-forth ‘update’ emails from Ariana during this period.

The project was completed on time, with advance notice of a slight upward adjustment in price (unforeseen minor issues). However, we were delighted to see extra paint detailing.

We are very pleased with the final results. We returned to a sparkling clean kitchen with refreshingly-new cabinets.
